This policy applies to GenZOS subscriptions purchased directly from Software Programming Group LLC through an online checkout. A signed Order Form, statement of work, reseller agreement, marketplace term, or negotiated enterprise agreement controls where it states different terms.
Plans and Charges
Plan price, billing period, included usage, model or compute charges, storage, user limits, taxes, and renewal terms will be disclosed at purchase. Customer authorizes Provider and its payment processor to charge the selected payment method when amounts are due.
Usage-based charges may be billed in arrears or when a stated threshold is reached. Customer is responsible for usage by Authorized Users, API clients, agents, integrations, and connected workspaces. Provider may provide usage controls, but Customer remains responsible for monitoring configured limits.
Trials and Promotions
A trial or promotional plan may have feature, model, usage, user, export, support, or time limits. Provider may end or modify a promotion according to the terms presented when it is offered. If payment details are collected for a converting trial, the conversion date and price must be clearly disclosed before enrollment.
Automatic Renewal
Unless the purchase flow or Order Form states otherwise, a paid subscription renews for the same billing period until cancelled. Provider will provide renewal or price-change notice where required by law or contract. Customer is responsible for keeping billing and administrator contact information current.
Cancellation
An online subscription may be cancelled through the account's billing settings or by contacting billing@genzos.ai. Cancellation stops future renewal and ordinarily becomes effective at the end of the then-current paid period. Customer retains access until that date unless the account is suspended or terminated for cause.
Deleting an application, project, workspace, user, or integration does not necessarily cancel the subscription. Customer should obtain and retain confirmation of cancellation.
Refunds
Except where required by law, stated at purchase, or agreed in an Order Form, fees are non-refundable and Provider does not provide credits for partial billing periods, unused users, unused model capacity, unused usage, Customer configuration choices, or early cancellation.
Provider will investigate a request involving a duplicate charge, incorrect amount, unauthorized transaction, billing-system error, or failure to apply an approved cancellation. If Provider confirms an error, Provider may correct the invoice, issue a credit, or refund the affected amount to the original payment method.
A service warranty, availability credit, or termination refund applies only as stated in the Terms of Service, an applicable Service Level Agreement, or an Order Form.
Plan Changes
An upgrade may take effect immediately and may produce a prorated charge or new billing cycle as disclosed before confirmation. A downgrade ordinarily takes effect at renewal and may reduce users, usage, storage, model access, retention, support, or features. Customer must export or reduce content before a downgrade if the new plan cannot retain it.
Taxes and Payment Failures
Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Customer must provide accurate billing and tax information. Provider may retry a failed charge, notify Customer, restrict paid features, or suspend the account after a reasonable cure period. Customer remains responsible for valid charges incurred before suspension or cancellation.
Data After Cancellation
Customer should export source code, repositories, documentation, requirements, tests, and project data before access ends. Data availability and deletion after cancellation follow the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Data Processing Addendum, plan settings, backup cycles, and legal holds. Cancelling a subscription does not delete data held by a connected third party.
How to Request Billing Help
Send a request to billing@genzos.ai with the account name, workspace, invoice or charge identifier, date, amount, and reason. Do not email full payment-card numbers or authentication credentials.
