GenZOS is designed to help people turn requirements and natural-language instructions into software architecture, code, documentation, tests, prototypes, and related development assets. Software Programming Group LLC recognizes that this capability can accelerate delivery while also creating accuracy, security, privacy, intellectual-property, fairness, and misuse risks.
This statement describes Provider's intended public approach. It does not replace the Terms of Service, AI Supplemental Terms, Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, Data Processing Addendum, or Customer's legal obligations.
Transparency
GenZOS identifies AI-assisted functions in the product or supporting documentation. Customers should understand when a model is used, what project context may be sent to it, which model or routing option is selected, and what review remains necessary.
Customers must provide legally required disclosure when an application, interaction, decision, or material is AI-generated or AI-assisted. Customers should not represent Output as independently verified, secure, compliant, original, or human-authored when that representation would be misleading.
Human Responsibility and Oversight
AI Output is a development input, not a substitute for competent professional judgment. Humans remain responsible for requirements, architecture, approvals, code review, testing, security, privacy, licensing, accessibility, deployment, monitoring, and consequences of use.
Agentic workflows should use least privilege, defined tools, approval gates, logs, sandboxed environments, and rollback plans. Irreversible, external, privileged, financial, or production actions should require meaningful human authorization proportionate to risk.
Quality, Reliability, and Evaluation
Output can be incomplete, inaccurate, insecure, biased, outdated, or non-unique. Provider seeks to improve quality through appropriate evaluation, monitoring, user feedback, and remediation. A model's behavior can change over time and performance in one language, framework, or use case does not establish performance in another.
Customers should evaluate against representative requirements, threat models, data, languages, user groups, and operating conditions. Public claims about accuracy, security, productivity, or compliance should be supported, scoped, reproducible, and accompanied by material limitations.
Security and Misuse Prevention
Provider prohibits use for malware, credential theft, unauthorized access, fraud, unlawful surveillance, prohibited weapons, child sexual exploitation, evasion of safety controls, and other conduct described in the Acceptable Use Policy.
Provider may use access controls, rate limits, monitoring, tool restrictions, content safeguards, suspension, or reporting where reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, third parties, and the public. Good-faith security research is welcomed only under the Security Vulnerability Disclosure Policy.
Privacy and Data Governance
Customers should minimize personal and confidential data in prompts, files, and repositories; select a suitable model and deployment; configure permissions and retention; and use synthetic or de-identified test data where practical.
Unless an Order Form or clear in-product notice expressly states otherwise, Provider does not use Customer Content to train a third-party general-purpose model. Customers remain responsible for notices, lawful bases, consent, rights handling, impact assessments, and sector-specific obligations for their data and applications.
Intellectual Property and Provenance
AI Output may resemble existing material or include open-source packages, common patterns, APIs, or dependencies governed by separate terms. Customers should perform source, license, provenance, patent, and trademark review appropriate to intended use. Provider does not guarantee exclusivity, copyrightability, patentability, or non-infringement.
Fairness and High-Impact Uses
GenZOS is not intended to make final decisions about employment, credit, housing, insurance, education, healthcare, legal rights, immigration, public benefits, or criminal justice. Customers must not use Output as the sole basis for decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on a person.
A permitted high-impact use requires competent human oversight, validation, documentation, notice, impact and risk assessment, data governance, monitoring, security, contestability, and any conformity or regulatory process required by law.
Prohibited AI Practices
Customers must not use GenZOS for unlawful social scoring, impermissible manipulation or exploitation of vulnerability, prohibited biometric categorization, unlawful emotion or sensitive-trait inference, or another prohibited AI practice. Customers are responsible for determining their role and obligations under the laws applicable to an application they create, market, or deploy.
AI Literacy
Organizations should train personnel who select models, write prompts, approve Output, operate agents, deploy generated software, or supervise consequential use. Training should reflect the person's role, technical knowledge, foreseeable impact, and the individuals or groups affected.
Continuous Improvement and Contact
Provider may update safeguards, documentation, policies, and evaluation methods as laws, models, risks, and product capabilities change. Concerns about AI safety or responsible use may be sent to legal@genzos.ai. Security issues should be sent to security@genzos.ai.
