What These Technologies Do
Technologies may store or read information on a browser or device, remember choices, maintain a session, protect an account, measure performance, understand how a page or feature is used, support communications, or provide content and advertising where enabled.
Categories
Strictly Necessary
These Technologies support login, authentication, load balancing, security, fraud prevention, network management, cookie choices, and other functions requested by the user. Disabling them through a browser may prevent parts of the Service from working.
Functional
These Technologies remember settings such as language, region, interface preferences, recently used projects, and other personalization choices. They may support embedded tools or customer-service features.
Analytics and Performance
These Technologies help measure page views, feature use, errors, latency, navigation, and campaign performance. Provider may use this information to diagnose problems and improve the Service. Where required, they are activated only after consent.
Advertising and Social Media
If enabled, these Technologies may measure campaigns, limit repetition, support social features, or help deliver or assess interest-based advertising. Where applicable law treats such activity as sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, Provider will provide required notice and opt-out controls.
Integration and Application Storage
Authenticated applications may use browser or device storage to maintain session state, drafts, preview preferences, editor settings, collaboration state, and integration handoffs. Customer-created applications may use their own Technologies under the Customer's privacy notice.
Consent and Choices
Where required, non-essential Technologies are used only after the user makes a choice through the consent banner or Cookie Settings. A choice applies to the relevant browser, device, domain, categories, and purposes. Consent may be withdrawn at any time through Cookie Settings, without affecting processing before withdrawal.
Users may also block or delete Technologies through browser or device controls. Blocking all storage may affect authentication, preferences, project editing, security, previews, and other requested functions. Deleting a consent cookie may cause the banner to reappear.
Browser-Based Opt-Out Signals
Where required by law and technically applicable, Provider recognizes a legally valid browser-based opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising for that browser and device.
Third Parties and Retention
Third parties may set or access Technologies when providing hosting, security, analytics, communications, support, payment, media, AI, or integration functions. Their independent processing may be governed by their own privacy notices. The active cookie banner or Cookie Settings should identify material non-essential providers actually deployed on the site.
Technology duration varies. Session Technologies expire when the browser or session closes. Persistent Technologies remain for the period disclosed in Cookie Settings or until deleted, replaced, or withdrawn. Consent and suppression records may be retained as reasonably necessary to demonstrate and honor a choice.
Customer-Created Applications
Applications, websites, or portals generated or deployed by a Customer may use Technologies selected by that Customer. The Customer is responsible for its own cookie inventory, notices, consent mechanism, retention, and legal compliance. This Policy governs Provider-controlled GenZos.ai properties, not an independent Customer deployment.
Updates and Contact
