Software Programming Group LLC wants GenZos.ai to be usable by people with diverse abilities, assistive technologies, devices, and interaction methods. Accessibility is an ongoing product, content, testing, and support responsibility.

Accessibility Objective

Provider's objective is to improve alignment of Provider-controlled GenZos.ai web experiences with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, where reasonably applicable. This objective is not a representation that every page, feature, preview, generated application, third-party integration, or Customer deployment currently conforms.

Measures

Accessibility work may include:

  • semantic structure, headings, labels, instructions, and meaningful error messages;

  • keyboard operation and visible focus;

  • sufficient color contrast and alternatives that do not rely on color alone;

  • text resizing, responsive layouts, and reflow;

  • names and roles for interactive controls;

  • text alternatives for meaningful non-text content;

  • captions, transcripts, or alternatives where Provider supplies media;

  • testing with automated tools, keyboard navigation, and selected assistive technologies; and

  • accessibility review in design, engineering, quality assurance, and support workflows.

AI-Generated Interfaces and Customer Responsibility

GenZos.ai may generate websites, applications, components, documents, and prototypes. Generated Output may not be accessible or conformant without review. Customers are responsible for accessibility requirements, user research, code review, testing, remediation, content alternatives, procurement obligations, and conformance claims for products they build or deploy.

An AI suggestion, responsive preview, or automated test does not establish accessibility. Customers should test representative flows with keyboard-only use, screen readers, magnification, voice input, contrast tools, and users with disabilities appropriate to the product.

Third-Party Content and Integrations

Third-party models, repositories, payment tools, embedded content, and integrations may have separate accessibility characteristics outside Provider's control. Provider welcomes notice when a third-party component creates a barrier in a Provider-controlled workflow.

Feedback and Assistance

To report a barrier or request reasonable assistance, contact accessibility@genzos.ai. Please identify:

  • the page, screen, feature, or document;

  • the task you were trying to complete;

  • the barrier encountered;

  • browser, operating system, and assistive technology, if relevant; and

  • a preferred way to receive a response.

Provider will review feedback and seek a reasonable response or alternative. Availability and remediation timing depend on severity, complexity, third-party dependencies, and the nature of the requested accommodation.
