This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all use of GenZ OS. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings in the Terms of Service. Customer is responsible for ensuring that Authorized Users, Customer applications, API clients, and anyone using Customer credentials comply with this AUP.

Unlawful and Harmful Conduct

You may not use the Service to violate law; facilitate fraud, theft, trafficking, harassment, stalking, extortion, or violence; evade sanctions or export controls; interfere with legal rights; or create a material and unreasonable risk of harm to people, property, systems, or the environment.

Malware, Exploitation, and Unauthorized Access

You may not use the Service to create, improve, distribute, operate, or conceal malware, ransomware, spyware, credential-stealing software, botnets, destructive payloads, unauthorized cryptominers, phishing kits, or code intended to compromise a system.

You may not probe, scan, exploit, access, or disrupt an account, repository, model, system, network, or data without authorization; bypass authentication, rate limits, safety controls, tenant isolation, or usage restrictions; or use Output to automate unauthorized intrusion. Good-faith testing of Provider systems is permitted only under the Security Vulnerability Disclosure Policy. Testing third-party or Customer systems requires their separate authorization.

Credentials, Secrets, and Personal Data

You may not submit, expose, or misuse passwords, private keys, tokens, session cookies, regulated personal data, or confidential information without authority and appropriate safeguards. You may not use the Service for unlawful surveillance, doxxing, identity theft, facial or biometric identification, re-identification, or collection of personal data contrary to required notice, consent, or legal authority.

Intellectual Property and Confidential Information

You may not upload, generate, reproduce, distribute, or deploy content or code that infringes copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, privacy, publicity, database, contractual, or other rights. You may not remove license notices, evade open-source obligations, misrepresent authorship or provenance, or disclose confidential information you are not authorized to process.

Deception and Impersonation

You may not use the Service for phishing, deceptive impersonation, false endorsements, fabricated evidence, fake reviews, undisclosed manipulation, academic or professional fraud, or materially misleading representations about an application's capabilities, security, compliance, origin, or use of AI.

Child Safety and Sexual Exploitation

You may not create, possess, solicit, distribute, promote, or facilitate child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexual exploitation of minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual trafficking, or content that sexualizes a minor. Provider may preserve and report suspected unlawful material or conduct as required or permitted by law.

Prohibited AI Practices and High-Impact Decisions

You may not use the Service to conduct unlawful social scoring, exploit a person's vulnerability, use manipulative techniques that materially impair informed decision-making, infer legally protected or highly sensitive characteristics in a prohibited manner, or engage in another prohibited AI practice.

You may not deploy GenZ OS Output as the sole basis for an employment, credit, housing, insurance, education, healthcare, legal, immigration, benefits, law-enforcement, or other decision that produces legal or similarly significant effects on a person. A lawful high-impact use requires competent human oversight, validation, notices, impact assessments, safeguards, records, and an avenue to contest material errors.

Weapons and Dangerous Activities

You may not use the Service to design, acquire, manufacture, improve, deploy, or evade controls for chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, or other prohibited weapons; to facilitate violent wrongdoing; or to control safety-critical physical systems without documented authorization and risk controls appropriate to the use.

Regulated and Unsupported Uses

You may not represent that the Service or Output is certified, approved, or compliant with a law, standard, or industry regime unless Provider has expressly documented that support for the relevant configuration. You may not process highly regulated data or deploy safety-critical systems where the standard Service is not designed or contractually approved for that use.

Resource Abuse and Service Integrity

You may not interfere with availability, impose unreasonable load, create excessive automated traffic, evade plan limits, abuse trials, resell unauthorized access, operate competing benchmarks through deceptive means, scrape non-public content, extract system prompts or model parameters, or use multiple accounts to avoid enforcement.

Repository and Supply-Chain Safety

You may not connect a repository or dependency source without authority; introduce malicious commits or packages; poison data or dependency resolution; conceal known vulnerabilities; or cause the Service to publish code, packages, images, or releases to a production environment without required approval. Customer must review generated dependencies and protect release credentials.

Enforcement and Reporting

Provider may investigate suspected violations and may remove or restrict content, disable a feature or integration, suspend access, preserve evidence, notify a Customer administrator, or report conduct to authorities or affected parties where legally required or reasonably necessary to prevent harm. Provider will consider context, severity, history, and risk when practical.
